My friend's mother is very ill, almost cannot move at all. She has liver cancer. I believe that every illness can be cured, and I hope she'll get better. If you know some methods to heal up this disease please tell me, it may be even traditional one. I'll be very grateful.

Hi, it's very sad to hear that. But, nevertheless for each problem there is a solution. Look this link <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.cancer.org/docroot/cri/content/cri_2_2_4x_how_is_liver_cancer_treated_25.asp">http://www.cancer.org/docroot/cri/conte ... ted_25.asp</a><!-- m --> and if I find something useful I'll post here.

I read a lot of information about this disease, and I suppose it is almost incurable. The patient may go through some medical procedures such as systemic chemotherapy, Chemoembolization (trans-arterial chemoembolization or TACE), Ablation techniques, Proton beam therapy, Surgery, Liver transplantation and liver resection. Surgery is the most effective procedure, for patients whose tumors are successfully resected, the five-year survival is about 30 to 40%. This means that 30 to 40 % of patients who actually undergo liver resection for liver cancer are expected to live five years. Many of these patients, however, will have a recurrence of liver cancer elsewhere in the liver. Such a news....sad

I am very sorry to hear this, M.Helen :-( There is an alternative method called 'Cellular Healing' that I know has been used to tackle cancer - of course, it may not work (so please be cautious and realistic), but some people have found it helpful.
The idea is that a disease, such as cancer, may have it roots in other physical or psychological health. For example, if the patient is very unhappy or has been traumatised in the past, but never expresses their feelings, their feelings may manifest as a physical disease. There is a book called 'The Journey' by Brandon Bays, which my sister used in the past, and I believe the technique originates from the work of Deepak Chopra. The technique uses meditation to heal the body and isolate any other issues that may have contributed to the disease.

Even if this does not cure your friend's mother, she may find meditation relaxing .
You could also check this website for Penny Brohn Cancer Care. This is a reputable centre in the UK who provide information on complementary therapies and nutrition. A good diet and positive attitude can help a patient cope with chemotherapy, and improve quality of life. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.pennybrohncancercare.org/page3.asp">http://www.pennybrohncancercare.org/page3.asp</a><!-- m -->

Thanks a lot guys... I'll see what else we can do with this disease, but I don't know if it can be cured. Thanks for advice. May be meditation will help somehow. But her state is not very good, she has pains, and that makes me very unhappy, both for her and for my friend.
