How to make your breast firm

Looking in the mirror, many a woman has seen the effects of age and gravity on her breasts. There are of course surgical solutions, and the risks and costs are very well known.

However, there are some real solutions, proven ones, to help firm up those sagging breasts, and the results, although are not instantly dramatic, are over a period of time, very effective.

The solution is the daily attention method of

• Special exercises

• The ice massage

• Once a week breast mask with natural products

To understand what is happening, the ligaments that hold up your breasts begin to stretch, and your breasts sag. Also the skin becomes less rigid, the milk ducts shrink and fat replaces the ducts. The shape and suspension system (so to say) become modified.

Modified Push Up
In the modified push-up, you need lie down on your stomach, while bending your knees and crossing your ankles. Bend your elbows and keep your palms flat on the floor, parallel to your shoulders. Now lift yourself up by straightening your arms, in a way that your body is balanced on your knees. Your chin should be tucked towards your chest and your forehead should face the ground. Your abdomen should be tight and you need to hold your breath. Now, slowly come down, while bending your elbows and lowering your body together. Instead of touching the chest on the floor, lower yourself until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Do 2-3 reps in a week.

There are few exercise which can help you in this regard.

1. Take two dumb bells in each hand and lay down. Stretch your arms straight up and pull back. Repeat this for 15 minutes.
2. Take two dumb bells in each hand and lay down. Stretch your arms straight up and hold their for 20-30 seconds and then pull back. Repeat this for 15 minutes.
3. Take two dumb bells in each hand and lay down. Stretch your arms on each side without touching the ground, hold there for few seconds and then pull back to chest. Repeat this for 15 minutes.

Make more exercises for the breast such as press-ups, lift weights, run in the morning, and all will be fine!
And make the above mentioned exercises, in 2-3 months you'll be able to see the results.

Dear ladys these are great tips .......... I can tell from own experience, mine and my sister .... is very important that all these exercises to be done regularly ... only then you see the expected! and do not forget to cream of skin firmness, if you passed the first youth Confuseduper

The best that you can do it is a contrast shower. First with warm water, then with cold water. It helps to the circulatory system to work better and faster and your breast will be more firm. You should make this kind of exercise every day, better in the morning.
