Remove the light from the outside pulling curtains or blinds. Then reduce indoor light with fewer light bulbs or using some neons or some of less intensity.

A feeling of nausea occurs, the first time at the end of a full day in front of the screen, then accompanies you from the first minute we open the computer this morning.
Monitor is not a sheet of paper.
Over 80% of those who work in front of computer complain of the same problems. Their source is not the "radiation" emitted by the monitor but the efforts of concentrating made by eye. The letters on the screen have a brightness and structure different from those written on a sheet of paper, so the eye is forced to continue focusing and a very demanding to interpret the image.

Although we are not aware, we look at computer clip 5 times more frequently than the rest of the time. Cornea loses its moisture and is easily irritated.
The first solution doctors recommend to take the look of the monitor in 5 in 5 minutes. It seems that this simple method has an effect on ocular structures Relexa, diminishes bad condition and delay degradation.

More than 50 percent of computer users feel headache, eyestrain. More symptoms can be redused throught special anti-glare screens, glasses, eye exercises, nutritional supplementations,stress-relieving lenses. Some computer users are at risk for glaucoma. To relax your eyes you can use "near-far focus" exercise: focus eyes on an object in front of your nose for some seconds and after focus on an object 10 feet away- do it some minutes.

First of all i think that we should make rests about 15-20 minutes, when feel tired, or at least should make some exercises with eyes. One of them is to close the eyes and think about something beautiful or restless, or to look at something that posses green color because this color has benefit properties for our eyes.
