today the real estate is raising in price really fast. If you have a start-up capital, you don't need to much brain for purchasing real estate and wait until it becomes more expensive. Further you can do whatever you want - either sell it or lease.

Helen I agree - this is an easy business, economic studies are not required. BUT, you obviously need a big start-up capital, and if you were not born rich then you can't have it.

This is because you have relatively low overheads. You can work from home or a small office: you do not have to rent a shop or large office at first. You do not have to rely on being online, though, you can work trade shows and markets, advertise in a magazine, or go door-to-door. You can gain a reputation in either your professional or geographical community. Often consultants work in this way.

Many notable entrepreneurs started small, by selling door-to-door or from a barrow (Ralph Lauren started by selling ties from a barrow in New York, Heinz of Heinz Beans had a vegetable cart, and Richard Branson sold CDs to students)

What these cases also have in common is that they identified a 'gap in the market.' New York businessmen wanted to buy a tie on their way to the subway instead of going shopping. If you get talking to people socially, the might say things like "Wouldn't it be great if somebody made / sold / did such-and-such?"

yes, but still, it brings money. However I would never try to do this business. This business is good for students - not much time spent and easy money.

It's not the most profitable. On the contrary, it deals with easy money. What is profitable indeed is to create auction websites, or, generally, websites that would involve a great number of visits per day.

Buy something cheaper and sell it more expensive. This is what most people do. Some buy heavy goods, other simply buy currency by clicking computer mouses... it's easy and profitable.
