Greece I feel can give it's people some joy from difficulties they are currently facing in every day life. There is a German influence in the defense. The central defenders Kyriakos Papadopoulos with Schalke 04 & Sokratis Papastathopoulos with Werder Bremen in the German Bundesliga along with Jose Holebas, German born at left-back & probably Greece's best player Vasilis Torosidis at right-back, they look very solid at the back.

Theofanis Gekas, Georgios Samaras, Sotiris Ninis & Ioannis Fetfatzidis very good attacking players up front & from the midfield will create goal opportunities especially on the counter attack.

Beware of Greece. A Semi-Finals prospect in my opinion.

Greece 1 Russia 0.
Czech Republic 1 Poland 0.

Greece give joy to it's people the day before Greece go to the polls for one Europe's most important elections.

Greece progress to the Quarter Finals in which they will play the winner of group B, most probably Germany.

Czech Republic progress to the Quarter Finals in which they will play the runner up in group B, most probably Portugal or Denmark.

Russia & Poland are out & can watch the rest of the Euro 2012 from TV.

Quarter Finals matches so far has Portugal with Cristiano Ronaldo staring, simply too good for the Czech Republic. The score was 1-0 to Portugal but could of easy been 5-0.

Germany were a class above Greece in a 4-2 victory over a Greek team which was far from embarrassed. Qualifying for the last 3 Euro finals tournaments which includes reaching the Quarter Finals once & being Champions once is something only Spain could better recently. A small country with no star players.

Spain in a professional 2-0 victory over France once again showed why they are currently the FIFA World Cup Champions & defending EURO Champions.

England & Italy to meet in the final Quarter Finals match tonight.

Euro 2012 Final tonight in Kiev we have Spain v Italy.
Italy looked good in the QF v England & even better in the SF v Germany.
Spain once again just did enough to beat Portugal in the SF.

I have enjoyed watching Italy play more than anyone else at Euro 2012. Andrea Pirlo is the master & player of the tournament with Mario Balotelli whom is awesome. On his day is one of greatest strikers.

Italy I think deserve to win.

Euro 2012 Final:
Spain- 4
Italy- 0

Spain were simply world class. They now are one of Greatest football teams of all-time, winning three consecutive major tournaments. UEFA Euro 2008, 2010 FIFA World Cup & UEFA Euro 2012.

Congratulations Spain
