Barclay Hotel is a pleasant and comfy base to stay for tourists and business travelers in the heart of Tartu. The Barclay provides complimentary parking on a modest, safe lot. The mansion was constructed in 1912 by Kessler and Pohlman and changed into a hotel in 1995. From 1944 to 1992 it was the local home base of the Red Army.
