According to an analysis of previous studies there was found out that drinking coffee or tea regularly appears to lower the risk of developing the diabetes. What do you think about this?

All right, let's say that these two beverages reduce the risk of diabetes. But have you thought that this two is one of the strongest beverage that could stain one's teeth?
