Who we are
A large busy Restaurant/Deli establish in 1948( Part of first restaurant group) The restaurant has been working for over 60 years and has brought itself a lot of loyal customers and a name for high quality food with great service.
We have two more restaurants located in Market Place (Oxford Circus) and Harrods Food Hall (Knightsbridge),
Our Food
Our food is divided to two main cultures, our traditional Jewish food and Mediterranean food. We have a dedicated chef located centrally whose main role is to provide our Jewish style food to all of our outlets on a daily basis. With our Mediterranean food we are looking for a chef who will be able to keep the standard of our dishes and improve others.
All our food is made from scratch using fresh ingredients on a daily basis
Service our restaurant offers
Breakfast (only weekend)
Lunch
Dinner
What we are looking for in a Sous Chef
We are looking for a strong Sous Chef who can help lead and develop a team someone that is not afraid of challenges and are open to learn and follow new recipes and new ways of cooking and provide consistently good quality food in a busy Kitchen, the successful candidate must be organised and keep a very high hygiene levels
For the right Candidate we offer very competitive salary plus service charge and bonuses
