I am from Bangladesh.I want to go Finland to get education(undergraduate).I know it wont cost me any fee to get education..as its free..but donno the living cost..I want to finance myself..Thats y I want to do some part time jobs...Is it possible to get one in Finland?

Not very likely, not even if you'd become a Finnish citizen... We have quite strict foreigner policy here.

There are very few undergraduate degrees available in English in Finland, so most likely you will need to learn Finnish first. It is considered one of the most difficult languages to learn, and may take several years of study to pass the proficiency exam for university.
Scandinavia in general has a cautious approach towards foreigners, and unfortunately this means some discrimination in hiring. While it's possible to get work in Finland (much easier if you have contacts), it's not guaranteed or truthfully even likely. Many jobs, even low-level ones, prefer certification. Most will require decent Finnish/Swedish, even if you aren't dealing with customers, and you will always be at a disadvantage to other applicants that have these skills. And there is some unfortunate hiring bias that means natives will almost always be chosen over foreigners.
If you are highly educated within Europe, and possess specialized, needed skills, finding work becomes more likely.. but most students are looking for entry-level, flexible work, which is the hardest to find as an immigrant.
