Marlin Apartments is a leading serviced apartment provider with a portfolio of over 450 apartments in and around the city of London.
We pride ourselves on being leaders in our industry and we are currently seeking Finance Support to join our energetic and vibrant team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual, who has an eye for detail with strong troubleshooting and mathematical skills. The successful applicant will be required to work as the link between our Reservation and Accounts Departments. You will run our daily night audit and prepare all necessary reports. You will also monitor bookings and processes to ensure all information is correct and will assist our Accounts Department in solving any issues.
You will be expected to quickly gain full knowledge of all rates, (standard, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall company product and our primary competition. You will need strong analytical skill and some coursework in accounting would be advantageous.
The hours of work are 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and you will be required to rota the evening shift, 10.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and the weekend shift, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with your colleagues. The starting salary is between £15,000 and £18,000 per annum.
