I am getting married this year to my fiance who lives in Germany. I would love to move there but, I am having a big problem with finding a job. I am looking for a civilian job in the medical field that will allow me to work at the military base and transfer at the end of his term.

You'd better find out if German law permits you to work first.

All Army bases and medical facilities, including those in Germany, hire civilians for certain jobs. My father-in-law was a family psychologist for a base in Germany. As I recall he had to sign up for a two year contract. The Army gave them a housing allowance, moved their household items from the States to Germany, and even moved their car for them. It's not a bad deal and might be perfect for you. I'm not sure exactly how one goes about it, but the sites below seem to be a good place to start. One seems to be medical specific and the other isn't.
