Our client, a leading main contractor, is currently looking for an experienced site manager for a refurbishment project in North London. The job will run for 6 months and the successful applicant will have extensive experience in large refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
The candidate will be expected to read from drawings, manage sub-contractors, attend weekly Site Meetings as well as managing all on site Health and Safety issues while ensuring that the project remains on time and too budget.
First aid and CITB preferred but not essential.
References and eligibility to work in the UK essential.
