Pipe fitter / Plumbing Engineer:
We are currently looking for qualified pipe fitters / plumbing engineers within the maintenance industry to carry out various roles in and around the London area.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and also part of a team.
There are many roles available such as vehicle mobiles.
Main Duties:
1.Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all Hot & Cold DWS & LTHW as required.
2.Asses' materials and equipment to carry out works.
3.Complete worksheets for works undertaken and report to supervisor
4.Advise supervisor of minor additional works, compile estimate of time for work completion.
5.Carry out fault diagnosis, repair of and advise as required.
6.Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
a. C & G in Plumbing 1'2&3 or Equivalent
b. General plant maintenance including pipe work repairs, pumps repairs, valve changes and new pipe work runs. e.t.c.
c. On site Plumbing maintenance experience (3 years)
d. H & S Awareness
e. Experience in PPM's & reactive an advantage.
f. Own vehicle essential
