Chief Financial Officer to 100k+equity , Park Royal
My client an international media services company have, due to recent acquisition, an exciting challenge for an experienced CFO.
Tasked with the challenge of integrating 4 European businesses, you must be able to demonstrate up to date technical knowledge of International accounting standards and have a proven track record in standardising policies and procedures and implementing best practice.
In addition, you will be required to build and retain and further grow the current accounting and finance team in place, therefore exemplary man management skills and a commitment to development of staff is also key here.
Within this role, there will also be a need to work alongside the European COO and support and advise on potential future acquisitions, therefore experience of raising capital and liaising with financial institutions together with knowledge of the due diligence process will be of paramount importance.
As an ambassador for change, you must posses the gravitas to liaise at the highest level of the business, reporting to the CEO in the US and be committed to the future development and success of the company. You will need to be a fully qualified accountant with international experience and be able to demonstrate a passion for the media/entertainment business.
Up to 50% travel to Europe will be required in the interim period and therefore knowledge of German would be highly desirable as would prior experience of SAP.
