London: Part time kitchen team leader needed for fun growing

Interested in working for an entrepreneurial and award winning company? The Pure Package based in the New Covent Garden Market provides freshly prepared and nutritionally balanced food to clients all around London.
We are looking for an energetic, organised part time kitchen team leader to work with a small team of chefs with an interest in nutrition and healthy food.
Key Skills required for the role:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a catering environment.
* Good food preparation skills and the ability to produce meals to a high standard by following specifically designed recipes.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
* Good decision making ability and demonstrated leadership skills.
* Ability to analyse information and situations in order to solve problems
* Willingness and ability to train, motivate, develop and mentor junior team members.
* Ability to manage own workload and that of others.
* Actively contribute to a positive work environment.
Thursday and/or Friday 8am-5pm and every Saturday 8am-3pm weekly.
