Finance Manager to 55k, W1
Due to expansion, my property client are seeking to recruit a fully qualified Finance Manager to join their team to oversee all aspects of the management and statutory accounting.
Key duties will include:
responsibility for all the management and statutory accounting
keeping accurate accounting records
review of results from joint ventures, investments and offshore operations
assisting the business with budgeting and forecasting
conducting reviews over financial controls and ensuring all controls and procedures run smoothly and identifying opportunities to streamline these procedures.
In addition you may be required to attend to ad hoc tasks and projects.
You will ideally come from a medium sized practice or a small business unit of a large firm and be able to demonstrate hands on experience of producing accounts.
Excellent interpersonal skills, staff management and the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise are essential, as well as computer literacy and the ability to learn and to utilise the accounting system
