The opportunity has arisen within an award winning international practice in the city centre, to work on international projects utilizing your specialist proven project controls management skills.
The role will include:
* Providing support to project managers with project planning, resource utilization and financial reporting.
* Working independently on most matters, including researching and resolving project planning/reporting discrepancies
* Participating in project team meetings, assisting project managers with employee utilization and financial reporting per project
* Assist Project managers create projects through the Vision planning module and perform regular maintenance on project plans based on staffing and project scope/schedule changes
* Analyse project actual, committed and planned costs too assess the appropriate ETC (Estimate to cost percentage) to ensure proper venue recognition is recorded on a monthly period end basis
* Reading and understanding terms and conditions and how they will affect the project from a financial point of view.
* Preparing and publishing regular project summary reports for review.
You will ideally:
* Have a proven progressive background within the relevant field
* Be proficient in spreadsheet, accounting and project management software
* Have a vast understanding of the relevance of project budget/resource management
* Be confident in leading project review meetings with internal and external members
* Come from a project management or architectural background
* Knowledge of Spanish language a beneficial but not essential
