How To Stop Webroot Pop-Ups?

I get this webroot pop up wanting to make changes to my computer every time I start up. I said yes on one ocassion but it keeps popping up. I have never before gotten something like this from webroot. How do I get rid of it?

Please follow these instructions closely.

Open Webroot SecureAnywhere
Click on ‘Advanced Settings’ from the top right
Select ‘Scan Settings’ from the left side
Unselect the option “Detect Potentially Unwanted Applications”
Click on the Save button (you may have to enter in a CAPTCHA)
Reselect the option to “Detect Potentially Unwanted Applications”
Click on the Save button
Run another scan with Webroot and remove any items that get detected.

Click on the Open Menu button on the upper right (the three lines). Select Options. Select "Privacy & Security" from the panel on the left. Under "Privacy", check the box next to "Block pop-up windows".
