Our digital agency provides design, software and consultancy for the business finance and luxury consumer sectors. This job role is focused on the international Gold market. We have a large range of sites which attract a high volume of traffic, as well as a few awards!
This is a fast moving sector and we need a developer with a sharp analytical mind, commercial experience and desire to embrace new and emerging technologies.
This is an environment to develop new ideas, your role as software developer working within a small team will be central to our expansion plans and involve the development of new integration concepts, as well as the management of existing live data feeds.
Skills absolutely required
- At least 3-4 years of proven industry experience, primarily within a LAMP environment
- Strong PHP5 MVC / OOP programming methodology.
- Unix / Apache administration via CLI essential
- XHTML/CSS/Javascript
- CVS/SVN
- Ability to work with time deadlines.
- Good software lifecycle and documentation skills
- Relevant Industry and/or Academic qualifications
Bonus skills:
- Asian/Arabic/European languages
- Actionscript
- Usability knowledge
- SEO knowledge

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience
