Can i travel from bulgaria to netherlands if i have a tourist Visa ?!?

am going to bulgaria for 2 weeks after that i need to go the netherlands so can i travel from bulgaria to netherlands if i have a tourist visa to bulgaria !<?
i have jordan passport.

No, you can't. Bulgaria is not a full Schengen member yet and does not issue Schengen visa. You need to apply for a visa for the Netherlands at the Dutch Embassy in Amman.
