Hello.
I am Indian. I got both German & Italian valid visas & staying in Italy right now. And would like to travel for few days to Bulgaria/Austria/Hungary. Do I need visit visa for those respective countries? Or I can travel with these visas, anyhow I am just going for a visit.
Thank you for your help.

It is impossible to hold two visa for Germany and Italy simultaneously. Schengen business/tourist visa can only be issued one after the other.
You might hold a temporary residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel) for Germany as a long-term student and also a D-visa for Italy if you attend an exchange semester down there.
Anyhow a residence permit issued by one Schengen country serves as visa waiver to other Schengen countries. With a German or Italian residence permit you can visit Austria and Hungary as tourist for up to 90 days.

Bulgaria is not a full Schengen member yet. You will need to get a Bulgarian visa if you wish to visit the country as tourist.
