How to best travel from Estonia to Poland?

I plan to take a trip from Estonia (Tallinn) to Poland (Gdansk) using train and busses.
Now, I look for ideas on where to stay on my journey, what to see and what to avoid.

dont waste time and just go to Gdansk, from there oyu can go around and see castles, but only in summer is nice....
