Nutritionists from all over the world are coming with the message that we should eat just natural products, prepared on the exhalation, not fried and not spiced. But such kind of food doesn't look tasty and have no flavor. So what you will choose flavor or healthy food?

I choose to eat healthy because i will live better and maybe longer, besides I will never have problems with my health. I love to eat natural products which include fruits and vegetables, these are a good source of vitamins and minerals.
