Well the only tips I can give you is based on my experience.

First thing is to study your lesson and memorize it by heart. Secondly practice it with the native speaker or if you can't find someone you could ask your professor if it's possible to practice talking with him/her.

In a few years time I am planning to migrate to another country with my family.
