hello can someone help me, we are moving from Asia to Canada and i have a niece who gain admission into one of the universities in Canada but the only problem is the school said they will test her on mathematics because her grades for maths are not that good. before she proceeds with the course of her choices my problem is how do i help her. since Asia and Canada have different mathematics syllables, i will like to know what topics she should focus on?

If she scores poorly on the test they will just have her take some remedial math classes as part of her course work. She may not be able to enroll in certain courses until she passes these. As long as she know basic math (arithmetic), algebra, and geometry, she should do ok. Ask the college if they can provide sample questions or even a complete practice test.
