What makes Christians or Muslims or Atheism or Hinduism more correct than the others?

In reality no clear winner by population has been established, they tend to be regional as well. The only common theme around the world is that Atheism is growing but they still ranks 3rd.

If one religion was correct wouldn't it over time take over?
