How can I find a job in Germany?

I am a US Citizen who wants to make a permanent jump to Bavaria. I have had some success with job interviews in Munich but still not offer. Will my chances be better if I just make the leap and look for a job once I'm there?

it really depends what kind of job you are looking for - if you wanna do waitress work you'll be fine with just going over ther. but munich is expensive! be sure to save a fair amount of money be4 you leave!

I would believe there would be services on the net for jobs in Germany. I found one when I looked for employment in France it was on the French Government website. I would suggest looking on the internet a little more. I'm the type that doesn't like to take risks so I would go over there until you have some job set up. It sounds dangerous however I do know some friends that have done that and had some success you could do that. Hope I Helped Good Luck!!!!
