A Turkish citizen cannot enter South from North. It is 0 possibility. Only a Northern Cyproit Citizen is allowed to enter the Southern soil. And even in that case he/she has to be a citizen before 1974, or the kids of the original citizens. In that regard not only a Turkish citizen but also even an EU citizen cannot enter the South if they flew in the island from Ercan (someone correct me if i'm wrong).

a turkish citizen cannot enter the south if they entered cyprus from the north(via a port or airport) but they can enter the south by going to the cypriot consulate in athens, getting a visa there, and then enter via athens/greece. but they cannot enter under any circumstances through the north.
other people are allowed to enter the south if they entered through the north or vie versa.(unlike my previous friend mentioned.he is wrong!)
iph is wrong.the republic of cyprus doesnt put stamps on.the so called "trnc" does that to people entering or leaving the legal part of cyprus and to turkish people entering cyprus through any northern means.
