How to find gain motivation to do something which is good and beneficiary?

Everytime I want to start praying and exercising, I feel laziness on my part, and something trying to talk me out of it. Either that, or it says, do it later.

How do I start now, and have motivation?

Promise yourself a small reward (something fun/healthy) after 1 week of doing what you need to do..

Slowly work your way into it. Just go to the gym and look at the equipment. Then go and spend 10 minutes doing something. Build from there.

Taking the initial step is always the hardest. For example, trying to say goodbye to someone special may be the hardest for the first 2 days but it's a lot easier later on...
So you can make yourself bypass the first period of time.
Plus, you have to believe in the benifits and must love to do it, otherwise, your routine is not genuine.

I used to be kinda the same as you, back in my teens, I would want to do something beneficiary (like learning a new suject.... )but then I would be like "I'll do it tomorrow....".....but the problem was, that "that tomorrow" never arrived. You got to train yourself to acquire self-discipline. Self Discipline s a skill in itself that you must make a goal to master. Master that skill, and it will be easy for you to acquire as many skills as you wish to devote time to. The way to acquire self discipline... is by constantly doing what you set yourself out to do. To do this you must have motivation. Listen to that word more carefully... motive- ation ( a motive to act) Your motivation has to be something you desire.... it is different from person to person... like me... I am motivated to excercise, to kee myself healthy..... and to feel good among other things. Your motivation must be greater than your fear of failure.. to do this visualize yourself in 6 months after excercisng regularly...... (when I first started excercising, after 2 months, my ro used to joked about me when I started forming th 6 pack, he said I had a two pac...... because only 2 lines would show on my abdomen........ after 6 months.... I had the 6 pac...... ( I joked with my bro...... "so I got the 6 pac.... huh,...... One pac for every month since I started..... after the end of the year' I'll have a 12 pac a the rate Im going"
we just laughed..... but I am happy with the 6 pac.... and thats all that matters... if you are happy. and feel good about yourself. so to get that motivation vizualize yourself 6 months from now....... (Imagine you do 1 hr workout a day at least for 6 months) You have to be realistic...... you gotta pay the consequences of your goals..... for example me, I wanted a 6 pack.... I made it a goal to do 50 crunches a day.... after two weeks I moved it to 100 each day, after, a month.... 150..... after 2 months..... I did 300 (every other day -one day workout/one day rest/one day workout.... after 6 months I did... 1000...... thats as many as i do now, although I do other excercies for abs... but thats just an example..... I have this book called the home workout bible...... I used it to build my body... I recommend you read it..... I can sell you mine if you want... but you dont have to buy it from me..... you dont neccearily need to read that particular book, but it is packed with a lot of excercises from the beginner.. with dumbells and small training equipment that is not that expensive........ Whatever you do... get that Motiv-ation... If you get that.... the other skill will be easy to get.
